Perfect Solutions for Seniors is a Private Duty Senior Home Care provider for seniors and individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities due to illness, injury or aging needs.

Our senior home care givers, companions and homemakers are caring, honest and offer a lifetime of professional experience in the field. Senior home caregivers must complete our new hire orientation and pass prior employment reference checks, drug screens and criminal background. Senior home caregivers make home-based independence possible for our clients and, provide peace of mind to their loved ones.

Services are provided in-home as well as at hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We have hired the best Case Managers to help our clientele obtain daily assistance with daily living activities due to illness, injury or aging needs”.

“Tessy Giuria, has a bachelor degree in Business Administration, She is the owner and president of Perfect Solutions for Seniors founded in 2005, with more than 15 years of experience as Professional Guardian, Senior Home Care and managing elder care clients to recover their independence.

Tessy takes pride in having an excellent group of senior home caregivers, companions and homemakers who have been screened, checked and thoroughly interviewed.

Francesca Alonso Tubbs has graduated from the University of South Florida with her Master’s of Arts in Speech Language Pathology. Francesca is a Board Certified and State licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She has worked with children and adults but with primary focus on geriatrics.

Francesca has over 8 years of experience working in hospitals, acute rehabilitation settings and long term care, and her experience allows her to train and consult senior home caregivers who care for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia or other cognitive challenges.

Cassandra Alonso graduated from Florida College of Natural Health as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. In addition, she has attended the Institute for Integrative Health and completed her certification as a Health Coach.

Cassandra integrated in the family business in 2012 as Marketing Director. Her education and certifications allow her to identify our clients’ needs and place compatible senior home caregivers that will enhance their quality of life and make them feel secure at home.
